We ship to Canada, the UK, EU and Australia by USPS Priority International. Rates are calculated at checkout. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
You may return any item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided it is in original condition. Custom or commissioned pieces are non-returnable. To start a return, email Connie@pakistanitradition.com.
Every shipment is insured. If your parcel arrives damaged, take a photograph before opening further and email us within 72 hours — we will file the claim and replace or refund at your choice.
We will repair anything we have sold, for as long as we are open. Bring it back in person or mail it in; small repairs are free of charge.
