What's the minimum opening order?+
$500 at the Opening tier. SKU MOQs vary by line — typically 6–24 units per colorway.
Do you sell to e-commerce-only stores?+
Yes, with an established storefront and a US resale certificate. We don't supply drop-shippers.
How do samples work?+
First-time accounts purchase a $45 swatch pack which is credited back on the first $500 order. Memo samples on rugs and brass are available to to-the-trade designers.
Net-30 — how do I qualify?+
After two paid orders, request the Growth tier. We do a soft business credit pull. Net-30 limits start at $5,000.
Lead times on reorders?+
Textiles 8–10 weeks. Brass 6–8 weeks. Tea 4 weeks. Private label 10–14 weeks from artwork sign-off.
Who pays customs?+
We do. All goods arrive in the US on our customs bond. You never see a duties bill.
Do you ship internationally?+
We ship to Canada (DDP) on most orders. EU and UK on a project basis only.
Returns policy?+
Defective pieces are credited 100% within 30 days of delivery, no questions asked. Non-defective returns are not accepted on hand-made goods — please order swatch packs.
Can I visit the warehouse?+

Do you have organic and kosher tea?+
Most blends carry a Kosher certificate. USDA-Organic on single-origin black and garam masala — request a copy with your line sheet.
