Domestic (US)
- Small parcel: FedEx Ground / UPS Ground. 2–5 business days from OK.
- LTL freight: XPO, Saia. 3–7 business days, liftgate available.
- Free freight: Growth tier accounts on orders over $1,500.
- Drop ship: Available for hospitality projects shipping to install site.
International
- Canada: DDP via UPS or FedEx International. 5–8 business days.
- EU & UK: Project basis only. Incoterms: DAP or DDP, by quote.
- Mexico: Quoted case-by-case. We work with one Monterrey freight forwarder.
Lead-time guarantees
For Hospitality and Project orders we issue lead-time letters in writing. If we miss a confirmed ship date by more than five business days, the order ships freight-free. See our Terms for full conditions.
