These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website pakistanitradition.com and any wholesale order placed with Pakistani Tradition Co., LLC ("we", "us"). By placing an order or using this site you agree to these Terms.
1. Trade accounts
Wholesale pricing is reserved for verified resellers. We may approve, decline or revoke trade-account access at our discretion, including where a buyer's storefront, brand or business model is incompatible with our program.
2. Orders & pricing
All prices are in USD and exclude shipping and applicable taxes. We reserve the right to correct typographical errors. Confirmed orders may be cancelled within 24 hours; after that, cancellation is at our discretion and may incur a restocking fee.
3. Payment
Opening-tier accounts pre-pay by credit card or ACH. Net-30 terms are extended after two paid orders and a soft business credit review. Late invoices accrue interest at 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by law, whichever is lower.
4. Shipping & risk of loss
Title and risk of loss pass on delivery to the carrier (FOB Origin: Guthrie, OK). We will assist with carrier claims for visible damage when noted on the BOL at delivery.
5. Returns & defects
Hand-made goods are not returnable except for defects. Defective pieces are credited 100% within 30 days of delivery upon photo submission. Variation in color, weave and finish is inherent to hand-made products and is not a defect.
6. Lead-time letters
For Hospitality and Project orders we issue confirmed ship dates in writing. If we miss a confirmed date by more than five business days, the order ships freight-free.
7. Warranties
We warrant that goods conform to the line-sheet description on the date of shipment. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED, ALL OTHER WARRANTIES — INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR PURPOSE — ARE DISCLAIMED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
8. Limitation of liability
Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the invoice value of the goods at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
9. Intellectual property
All site content, photographs and line-sheet artwork are owned by Pakistani Tradition Co. and may not be copied without written permission. Buyers may use product photography we supply for their own retail listings.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, USA. Disputes are resolved in the state or federal courts of Logan County, Oklahoma.
