Process

From a workshop in Multan to your stockroom.

Five steps, two QC passes, one customs bond. We carry the import risk so our buyers don't have to.

    01

    Source

Lara visits all 38 partner workshops twice a year — once after Eid for textiles and brass, once in October for tea harvest. Lines are picked in person.

    Typical lead time

    Trip cycle: Mar & Oct

    02

    QC at origin

Our partner agent in Lahore inspects every carton before it leaves the workshop. Defective pieces stay behind — we don't ship culls.

    Typical lead time

    5–7 days post-pickup

    03

    Import & customs

Goods consolidated and shipped on our own customs bond. We file FDA prior-notice on tea, USDA on textiles where required.

    Typical lead time

    28–32 days door-to-door

    04

    QC at warehouse

Second inspection in Guthrie. Counts, lot codes, and sample pulls. Anything off-spec gets returned, not sold.

    Typical lead time

    1–2 days at dock

    05

    Fulfillment

Most in-stock orders ship within 48 business hours via FedEx, UPS or LTL freight. Project orders ship to milestone schedules.

    Typical lead time

    ≤48 business hrs
